Day 1 – Full Body Wake-Up
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Squats
- 15-Second Plank
- Repeat 3 rounds
Day 2 – Lower Body Focus
- 15 Lunges (each leg)
- 20 Glute Bridges
- 30-Second Wall Sit
- Repeat 2 rounds
Day 3 – Active Recovery (Stretch & Walk)
- 10-Minute walk (indoor/outdoor)
- 5-Minute full-body stretch
- Deep breathing x 5
Day 4 – Core & Abs
- 15 Sit-ups
- 20 Russian Twists
- 30-Second Plank
- Repeat 3 rounds
Day 5 – Cardio Boost
- 30 High Knees
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Burpees
- Repeat 3 rounds
Day 6 – Upper Body Toning
- 10 Push-ups (knees if needed)
- 20 Arm Circles
- 15 Tricep Dips (on chair)
- Repeat 2 rounds
Day 7 – Challenge Day 💪
Pick your favorite 3 days and repeat all exercises once. End with a 10-minute slow walk and full-body stretch.
