7 Days of Lemon Water: My Personal Challenge for Clear Skin & Fat Loss

Can just one glass of lemon water every morning really make a difference? I decided to find out. For 7 straight days, I drank warm lemon water before anything else — and what happened truly surprised me. Here’s my personal experience, and why I recommend you try this simple habit.

1. Why I Tried the Lemon Water Challenge

I had been feeling low on energy, struggling with digestion, and noticing dull skin. I came across a few people talking about how lemon water helped them feel lighter and refreshed. So, I took up this easy 7-day challenge. Just one glass. No sugar. No changes to my meals.

2. How I Prepared My Lemon Water

Every morning, right after waking up:

  • 🥤 1 cup of warm water (not boiling)
